TechBridge Consulting Group LLC – Proof of Messaging Opt-In
This page explains how TechBridge Consulting Group LLC collects, stores, and manages customer consent for receiving SMS messages related to service and support operations. TechBridge uses a digitally signed Opt-In Consent Agreement to obtain explicit permission from each customer before sending any messages.
How Consent Is Collected:
Customers or authorized business representatives provide consent by electronically signing the TechBridge Messaging Opt-In Consent Agreement. The agreement captures the customer name, authorized phone number, acknowledgement of permitted message types, STOP/HELP instructions, and the customer’s signature and date. TechBridge securely stores each signed document as part of its compliance and audit process.
Types of Messages Sent:
Customers who opt in may receive the following non-marketing messages: service updates, appointment reminders, support communications, and outage notifications. No marketing or promotional messaging is sent under this consent.
Opt-Out Instructions:
Customers may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to end all messaging or HELP to receive assistance. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
Message & Carrier Disclosures:
Message frequency varies based on service needs. Standard message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on carrier network availability and performance.
